She has taught and facilitated executive and management teams through various types of planning, improvement, redesign and new entity creation processes that resulted in major improvements and positive bottom-line results. She has experience in various-sized businesses from a start-up biotech company to fortune 500 companies . She has also worked in a research lab at Yale and a hospital. She is an author and has a Masters Degree in Storytelling.
